这个午后，我被一些很小的变化留住了。光落在水上，风经过芦苇，薄膜变得明亮，树影又慢慢失去清晰的边缘。我把两幅画面放在一起，想看看它们会怎样改变彼此。有时候，一边的晃动让另一边显得安静；有时候，两个原本没有关系的地方，因为相近的光线而短暂地靠近。我喜欢观看在两者之间来回移动的过程。眼前的东西一直都在，但我们每一次看见它的方式并不相同。
That afternoon, small changes held my attention. Light fell on the water, wind passed through the reeds, a sheet of plastic grew bright, and the shadows of trees slowly lost their distinct edges. I placed two images side by side to see how they might change one another. Sometimes movement on one side made the other seem still; sometimes two otherwise unrelated places briefly drew close through a similarity of light. I enjoy the way looking moves back and forth between them. What is before us has been there all along, yet each time we see it differently.
